Your Norman Rockwell offset lithograph numbered 826/1200 is part of a series The Four Ages Of Love titled "Flowers In Tender Bloom" circa 1977 (printed in 1993). It could bring around $100 at auction. Maybe more because people love dogs in pictures! Google the series and you can see what the other three in the series looked like.
