Your vanity is probably circa 1920s in an ersatz Jacobean Revival style. It could bring $100-150 at auction.

These pieces from the 20's and 30's are often a mix of styles, that often make them appear older than they are, as Silentgal has said this one is also of this type that mix more than one early English furniture style , Jacobean and William & Mary.
