Description Pewter lid beer stein. Stamped "Made in Germany" on bottom. number "32 50" etched under handle. Very good condition. Scene depicts two guys fighting in a pub with onlookers. Would like to identify manufacturer's logo.

This is a typical stein made for the export market, thousands were brought back by troops stationed in bases in Germany after World War Two ended (1945). There was an upswing in value for steins back in the 1980's that collapsed in the late 90's and has not recovered. At auction most now sell for under $50.00
