Marker Sampler

Description I want to inquire if you could please provide some information on a recently purchased marker sampler. Please see the attached photograph of the item. It appears to be in very good condition and the information is very legible in a good light. The sampler was created by Elizabeth Hallowell. Mrs. Legh Kecks School Stoughton. Aged 9 years. I have tried to research the school in Stoughton but could not find any record. I was able to locate a record of Elizabeth Hallowell, born around 1813 in Stoughton, Leicestershire, England, United Kingdom and I'm wondering if this might be the child that created this beautiful item.
