What you have there is known as the Royal Doulton Paddy D5768 made in England. These typically sell for between $20-$50, but on occasion I have seen these go for up to $100 when in absolute mint condition (no chips, cracks, or wear) and to the right buyer. These were designed by Harry Fenton, circa 1939 - 1955 with them being sold from 1937-1960. These were a very popular piece.
