Recent Site Outages

Thank you so much for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry you’re experiencing this. We recently had some unexpected site outages, and unfortunately a small amount of appraisal data was lost during recovery. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially with items you’ve already had appraised and listed for sale.
We are currently working to restore the missing data. In the meantime, you’re very welcome to post your items again and we’ll make sure they get appraised right away. Please rest assured that no appraisals will be lost moving forward, as we’ve strengthened our backup and reliability processes to prevent this from happening again.

I am missing about 4-5 items that have been appraised and 3 are up for sale-everytime you fiz your site things go missing-how do i get them back-does anyone please have any ideas for me-tyvm in advance
