I believe this is Clay. It is roughly 14 inches tall. The opening on top is approximately 4 1/4 inches. Around the center is about 23 inches. The flat bottom measures about 6 inches. 

 it appears that the scenes may be native American to me, but I am not positive.

History I know nothing about this. I do live in an area that used to be heavily populated with native Americans (northwest Ohio). I found this at a garage sale or an estate sale, I don’t remember where I bought it but it was in the area I live.
Price Paid (If known) I don’t know what I paid for it. Maybe five or 10 bucks because I’m cheap. Lol.
