Translucent baroque-blue Bohemian porcelain vase w/ a unique collar, hand painted & trimmed w/ 24 karat gold. Only 1000 were made in Prague in 1991 for the Industrial/Art Exhibit that happens only once in a hundred years. First one in 1791, then 1891 & the 3rd in 1991.
