Hand-written Fremont House Menu (Bill of Fare) from the first dinner

Description
There are water marks on it but no ink was smudged or bled. I recieved this when my uncle passed away and I would love to learn more about it. Anyone who can help, thanks! (I couldn't figure out how to do pictures so I hope the info helps!)

Distinguishing marks Signed by Dwight Boyden. (at the bottom) Has list of first, second, third, and fourth courses with desert.

Date Period Dated October 16th 1829
Weight A little more than one pound.
History The Fremont House was located in Boston and was one of the first hotels in the United States.
