The bowl is in good condition with only a scratch on the inside enamel.
Unique genie lantern shape. I think it is rare and found only one on Ebay that was orange at

It's a great looking piece!
Probably it's an older pattern from the art deco period.
The good news is that you can easily find out what you want to know about this item.
Reed & Barton are still around and have been making silverware, plate ware, and ceramic ware since the early 1800's. It's not a style they currently advertise, but I am sure if you sent them a photo they could tell you all about it.

Judging from their current listings, I'd Guesstimate the price to have been in about the $30-$40 range and that it's sliver plated enamel ware.
