Shepherd Boy Lamp

Appraisal complete
Description This is a beautiful old Shepherd Boy Lamp. The (pewter?) Shepherd Boy is holding a water pail and stands on a 4 inch square base. Above the Shepherd Boy is the lamp which consists of a 5 1/2 inch diameter glass mounted between two brass finials. The bulb socket is mounted to the top finial. I would like to know the date of this lamp and it's value. I certainly appreciate your help. Thank you.
