pushbutton reclining chair

Appraisal complete
Description  I have no pictures. I bought this today and was curious about it. It is comfortable and works good. One arm is loose but all the mechanics work. I may not have the original upholstery because it looks too new, however it is soiled. There is a pushbuton on the right arm.The back only reclines .I believe it is mission oak. It has no footrest. It is on small roller cast wheels with small ballbearings in them. There is a name plate on it exactlly as described  above!
