THIS PIECE LOOKS LIKE IT IS A SOFT BLACK DENIM MATERIAL ON THE BACK AND THE FRONT IS BLACK VELVET...THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE IT IS GRAINS OF SAND CONNECTED TO MAKE THE PICTURE...THE COLOR HAS FADED SOME, BUT YOU WOULDN'T KNOW THAT IF ONE END DIDN'T STILL HAVE SOME PINK IN THE COLOR OF THE SAND...I THINK IT HAD MORE COLOR THROUGHOUT THE PICTURE, BUT HAS FADED...THE SIDES OF THE SCARF HAS A FEW THREADS HANGING, BUT IT IS STITCHED BETWEEN THE EDGE AND THE PICTURE, SO IT WILL NOT FRAY INTO THE PICTURE...I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED ABOUT THIS PIECE AND WOULD LOVE SO INFORMATION ON WHAT IT REALLY IS....I HAVE TRIED TO ADD PHOTOS AND CAN NOT GET THEM ON....MAYBE YOU CAN TELL ME HOW TO ADD PICS....THANKS
