Howell, James & Co London were Jewellers and silversmiths of Regent Street, London. Founded as silk mercers and retail jewellers, they rapidly expanded, employing over 100 staff by 1865. Noted for their variety and quality of stock. The clocks can sell for over $1500.00, but this item really needs a proper appraisal before selling it.

Lovejoy
