SILVER OR SILVER PLATED, VERY TARNISHED WHEN BOUGHT, THOUGHT THIS WAS BRASS AT FIRST. POLISHED INTO A BEAUTIFUL SILVER WITH VERY NICE DECORATIVE BASE AND INSIDE THE SCALE BOWLS. PAID $4.00. USED AS DECORATIVE PIECE. NICE SILVER UNDER THE "TARNISH" WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO THE MAKER IS AND GENERAL WORTH OF THE PIECE. THANK YOU.
