Wm A Rogers server plate or tray plate/could be decorative plate??

Description I have received 2 metal plates or serving plates could be decorative for all I know.  Each has a mark of Wm A Rogers on the back inlaid into a small scroll frame around it.  Each has a decorative etching on the front in the middle.  Each has scalloped edges in some pattern of which I do not know.  The color of the pieces seems to be gold or bronze.. I don't know if that is what the metal is underneath or  if it is a silver piece underneath?  The edges further in has cutout shapes all along the edge of the pieces.  I would like to know the pattern of these 2 pieces and the worth of each one if anyone knows where this can be done? Please Help!!
