Haviland Porcelain Plate Circa 1890-1920?

Description I have pictures that hopefully will describe it better than I can. One thing is the patterern. It is continuous all the way around the dish. There are two markings on the back, one on top of the other. The top on says Haviland France and the one on the bottom say Decorated by Haviland & Co. Lemoges. Any help with this would be great. Good or bad news appriciated. Thank you.
