Art

Description I found this siloette/art in a second hand store.  It was the monogram that caught my eye.  I cannot figure out who it is.  It appears to be a woman's head made out of the artists initials.  The frame is leather like and I believe it to be the original.  Included in the signature/monogram is the date 12-23, 19-36.  All the best.  Charlie.
