Monogram

Description I am trying to find out who this monogram belongs to.  I simply would like to know who made this picture.  It is a small fau leather frame with white matting.  The silloette is very precise.  It appears to be of a man.  The monogram is that of a woman's head.  Long hair, eye lashes, etc.  I'm sure each portion of the monogram is a persons initial, yet I cannot make it out.  All the best. Charlie.
