History FATHER BROUGHT IT BACK FROM WAR FOR HIS MOTHER-APPRAISERS HAVE LOOKED AT IT AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE. IT'S VERY BOLD WITH RAISED FEELING TO TOUCH-IT HAS SOME ASIAN FLORAL WITH I THINK A NIGHTINGALE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL-ON THE INSIDE. MY GRANDMOTHER HAD A WHOLE SET OF PLANTERS AND STAND THAT MATCHED IT. WE WERE ALWAYS TOLD IT WAS VERY, VERY VALUABLE. THE OTHER PIECE'S GOT BROKEN AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE LEFT.
