superheterodyne radio receiver

Description This has a label still intact on the back of the phone/radio and contains info about the device and it's manufacturer (no date listed though) it shows the picture description of the tube location and replacement descriptions for the tubes themselves.  Looks like those phones you see on old movies with the receiver on the side they crank up to dial out, and the voice piece in the middle of the box to talk.
