Handworked Bronze Vessel

Description Bronze vessel with cobra handle.  All markings are irregular and appear to be hand-etched.  Handle appears to be hand-riveted to body of vessel.  I'm told this piece may be of 19th century kashmir origin, but am seeking confirmation of that if anyone can help...
