Gien soup tureen with ladle

Description It supposedly was originally given to someone that worked at the White House. It was given to them around the time France gave the US the Statue of Liberty. We would like to know the value. I found the date it was made by the stamp on the bottom of the soup tureen. It is blue and white and has a picture of a castle with three different roofs with a bridge leading to it. I also found the pattern which is St Cloud was never sold in the U.S.. Any info would be appreciated.
