These scrolls are late 20th century reproduction prints of portraits of the Qing Dynasty Emperor, Yong Zheng (r. 1723-35), and, presumably, his Empress (Huang Hou). Above the male figure, reading from left to right, the 3rd through 6th characters read: Yong Zheng Huang Di (Yong Zheng Emperor). Unfortunately, these are not valuable. As a matter of fact, these sort of tourist items could be had all over Beijing for a few dollars a piece when I lived there in the late '90's.
