My father bought this portfolio at an estate sale. It was in with many other things. It was an item of interest so he just stuck it under the couch and they pretty much forgot about it. I have always wondered about it though. It is a portfolio of several Van Gogh reprints. Each print is in a seperate section of the portfolio. Van Gogh's picture is on the front of the portfolio and it ties shut. On the inside it mentions the New York TImes which makes me wonder if this was some sort of "subscribe to" deal where you get the portfolio and then each month or so they send you a new picture. It does not look like a complete set but there are several prints included. I have always wondered about this item and if it was worth anything at all.
