Carnival glass was very hot in the 80's, but values have been in decline due to changing demographics. Older colletors of it are dying off and the younger generation isn't interested in collecting it. Yours appears to be the "Twins pattern" ( Imperial). The twins punch bowl sets often sell for under $100.00 at auction.
