Description
Very long rosary.  When I hold it up at head level it hits the floor, and Im about 5 ft tall.  Each bead is about the size of a quarter.  Its heavy, not sure what its made of but maybe some sort of stone.  The material has little tiny holes in some  places, like its porous.  Has "NRI" carved above the jesus and crucifix.  The beads have four pictures carved around them, 2 of mary and baby, 2 of jesus' face.

not uncommon for a rosary to be made out of bone, but the size of yours is unusual and probably belonged to a nun from a convent, or a monastery monk.   Who knows.<br />

I found it on  website now.  its alabaster and only worth about $60.  But hey, I only paid $2.
