<p>Based on the images and the company marking, it dates from the late 19th century to about World War One, and is silver plated. If it were Sterling it would be marked  &#39;Sterling&#39; or &#39;925&#39; ( the numerical mark for sterling 925/1000ths parts silver). Values for silver plated depends a great deal on its condition, this piece as it is unpolished would likely sell at auction as part of a box lot for under $25.00. if it polishes up like new it would be a different story ;~)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lovejoy </p>
