<p>Phatapus99, </p><p>I have a two official invitations to the Inauguration and a full-size cotton flag flown over the Capitol on 1/20/2009.</p><p>The text on the certificate reads:</p><p>&quot;At the request of ..., this flag was flown for the Presidential transition.&quot;</p>
