Cobbler's shoe holder

Description The cobbler's shoe holder was used in making and repairing shoes years ago. It is entirely made of cast iron and stands approximately one foot high. The foot at the top of the post holder can be removed, I am assuming to place another size foot on the holder post. The stamped markings are B.MAll.MCO.SO (or.SC).MiL and Malleablb (it is hard to read a couple of the letters.
