How Old & How much is my Drexel Dining set?

Description I found this dining set in a Church thrift store in Arizona. I had to tighten one of the pedistals and I found a paper glued under the pdistal that has Drexel and Drexel furniture company on it. The set is a cream color, wjth a grey wash and a black painted and polished top. The cushions on the seats look to be the original and everything looks untouched, or altered. It also came with 3 leafs in an old crate that they fit in perfectly. Every piece has the word DREX hand written on it. I would love to know how old it is and what it's worth.

WOW, what amazing customer service DREXEL has, they e-mailed me again and said they would look more into it if I attached pictures to an e-mail. I did and they found it in old catalogues. It is from a collection called "Travis Court" and was made from the late 1930's to Mid 1950's. They also said that it has already been refinished b/c all of them came in a natural mahogany finish. So, no worries, I will go ahead and spray it. I'm glad it was refinished, I love it! Thank you all for your insight.

Well I found out a little from the company, the numbers I found on it pre-dates the mid 1950's. They said beyond that, their archives are very limited and they can't tell me for sure. Would it be a bad idea to cover the chairs in a clear, protective varnish? I was wiping a chair down with just water and the wash started coming off, would that be a bad thing to do? Here are some pics to see if the year can be narrowed doen at all. Thanks
