Description As you can see it is a brass candle holder . The tall bars on either side let the protective cylinder slide up and down .When the candle is tall it is at the top as it burns down it can be lowered.It does the same purpose as holding your hand in front of the candle as you walk with it. It works very well. There are two screw knobs on the cylinder that tighten on the bars to hold it in place
