Johnson brothers made this pattern. Discontinued. Circa: 1935 - 1978. Pattern # is also 103232. I do not know if your # means that it is older...This pattern is not Blue Willow. This pattern was made in red,brown, green and blue. I dont know what you mean by complete set. 5 piece place settings range from 89.00- 150.00 depending on color, gravy boats, covered vegetable dishes sell for over $100.00 in most cases. If you have completer pieces your set will be worth more. IE: Gravy boat, salt/pepper, serving pieces. look on Ebay, it will give you an idea of value. Lovely set !
