Antique Child's Doll France Origin

Appraisal complete
Description I purchased this doll at a flea market in Paris. Her face, hands and feet are a type of painted clay. Her body is cloth and the clothes are actually sewn into the body parts. The face is painted with some crackling - no distinguished cracks, just crackling on top. Her hair looks to be real hair. The most interesting part of this doll is her clothing - beautiful French lacey clothing. Lots of detail in the chunky/wide lace throughout her outfit. Her shoes are just painted on. There is some slight staining on parts of her clothing. I am typically a linens and furniture collector, so I have no clue when it comes to toys and dolls! Help, anyone?!
