Fairy handled decorative ewer

Description This is a decorative metal ewer with a pierced metal band around the body that has floral swags as the piercings with leaf clusters attached to the lower body. The spout has bearded men, busts of women, birds, and very ornate, flowing florals & leaves. The base is footed with what look to me like four columns with harps at the tops of them as well as four plain ovals plus much flowing leaves and florals. The band, base and spout are made of a flat grey metal that is not painted. The body of the ewer is a brassy/goldish color that I think is painted. It is somewhat shiney, not glossy, but a bit reflective. The body has beaded swags applied to the top and the same beaded ornamentation ballooning up on the bottom portion. The handle is the same unpainted flat grey metal as the spout, banding and base. It is a winged figure of a, nude from the waist up, woman. She has a wrap draped around her waist that tapers to the bottom of the handle. She has no legs but rather looks as though she could be a mermaid though she has no fins. She has bands around her upper arms and lovely flowing hair half up in a top knot of sorts; she even has a head band. She has a lovely and detailed face. Her hands hold either side of the back opening of the ewer and she appears to be either peering into or ready to dive into the ewer. She is very detailed with the feathers of her wings, her finger nails and even her ears.
