Description Old 1920's U.S. Army Painters Chest. Inside of chest there is a removable tray. Has a stamp of approval from the Command of The chief of Engineers Washington, D.C. Sept. 15, 1920. in corner there is a stamp that has the letter and numbers B 1164-1.
