Rosenthale Porcelain Ashtray (Echt Kobalt)

Description Seems to be an ashtray with 2 small holes at top as if it can be hung on wall. The artwork is of a couple dancing outdoors. Their attire seems to be from the early 1800's. Woman is in a long dress with 3/4 sleeves, man wearing knickers that end just passed his knee. He also has a large hat and very billowy blouse. The art is framed with a thick blue boarder and thin gold boarders. Each corner has gold and white designs. The art seems to be printed but the gold is hand painted.
