Foley is a well known English pottery producing mid range china. Most of their tea cups/snack sets sell for under $25.00. Lovejoy

Foley made a lot of this type it was called Crested Ware. They made it for many counties and cities with the "arms" shield/crest of the county/city. It was also sold as souvenir ware. If it was a presentation piece it should have that marked on it. Can you get a clear shot of the makers mark? So it can at least be dated? And a clear shot of the crest as well please?

This china was probably part of a huge set owned by the county council. Very little, if any, worth. Not as old as you think, either.
