eagle/swastika

Appraisal complete
Description this item has 3 "rings". the two ind rings have leaves down both, and the middle ring is an eagle with wings spread , connecting the outer two rings to the center one. The eagle's beak is pointing downward, and at the talons, is a swastika. both sides of this are identical. At the tips of each wing is an eyelet like thing that looks like something you would put a chain thru. The item has screws on the bottom and top of each outer ring and one screw at the bottom of the center ring that can be removed and the item can be seperated. I can find no markings at all.

It appears , to me , to be something that the Nazis' would use to carry a 'standard' , a flag or banner , during parades , military displays , etc . Usually connected to a pole , with a wooden cross-piece inside of the 'clamps' on your piece .
