Buffet

Description This is the buffet from my mother's dining room suite. She always said it was a "Duncan Phyfe" style set. It is a cherry color and has the original stain on it. There are several scratches that have occurred during the moves and in storage. The top right hand drawer handle is missing. It is a somewhat heavy piece of furniture though one person can move it around. I know my parents probably bought this soon after they were married perhaps in the mid to late 40's or at the very latest in the early 1950's. There is a dining table and three remaining chairs. However, my mother refinished the dining table in a dark almost black stain. She also did the chairs that color.
