Based on your images this would appear to be a early 20th century plate, a period where florals were very popular with potteries in Bavaria/Germany and Limoges, France, producing such pieces in huge quantities for the American market. Values for pieces that carry no maker's marks are quite modest, generally $10-$15.00 a plate for replacement purposes. Lovejoy
