old metal washing tub

Description This old wash tub has a removable top. Inside are two separate compartments, each with a drain that has a spout that looks as if a garden hose would attach to it. The control knob is like two small wings. The paint is original speckled green, but the top has been repainted. It is on rollers. There are no dents, dings, or missing pieces. I'd appreciate anyone's opinion regarding age and value. Thanks!
