Here's a trade secret, " Never seen before" when used by a Dealer/Jeweler often means "It's not worth very much, and I don't want to argue about it". In other words, a polite way of putting you off to ask someone else. You can post an image if you like and maybe you'll get an answer instead of a polite brush off ;~) Lovejoy
