Enamel Top Hoosier-style Kitchen Table with Chairs: Make? Approx dates? Any info on history and value?

Description Table has two pull-out leaves, small drawer for cutlery, and two matching chairs. Chair backs appear to be original, chair seats have been reupholstered. Front of cutlery drawer may have been replaced. Table top is enameled metal w/two flower basket designs at each end. Two small chips in enamel top. Body of the table and small drawer are made of wood. Legs are metal.
