Description THE CHAIR ITSELF IS IN FAIR TO GOOD CONDITION. THE UPHOLSTRY NEEDS TO BE REDONE, ALONG WITH THE SEAT SPRINGS. THE ARMS, SEAT AND BACK ON EACH SIDE HAS FABRIC, THE WOOD IS IN FAIR CONDITION, I REALLY FEEL IT CAN DEFINITELY BE RESTORED. I HAVE INCLUDED SOME GOOD PHOTOS.
