Description The edge of the charger has a roped effect, the face has an intricate scroll/floral/lattice/feather(?) design. The very center of the piece (about a 1.5" diameter space) is left smooth.

Rogers made a lot of silverplate.....it will take some homework to ascertain whetehr this is STERLING or plated. Do you see any worn edges with a duller base-metal showing? On sterling, the edges would be brighter, not duller.
