Description Round clear glass HIGGINS ink well, on the bottom of the bottle around the edge it says HIGGINS BROOKLYN. N.Y., and in the center of that it says 1. INKS 43, on the sloping edge of the bottle leading to the neck it says 3/4 oz., the bottom of the ink well is 1 1/2" in diameter, and is 2" high.
