Piece of dragonware. http://www.gotheborg.com/marks/20thcenturychina.shtml http://www.gotheborg.com/marks/20thcenturyjapan.shtml You might be able to make out the mark by putting the piece on a scanner and inverting the colors of the scan, good luck.
