Odd corked bottle w/unknown metal

Appraisal complete
Description This bottle was purchased somewhere in or near Luxembourg in the 1960's. The glass is quite irregular. The metal seems to be some sort of tin or maybe silver. The metal details appear to be soldered on. It has been dry for at least forty years and smells of nothing. I have never washed it or applied any chemicals to polish it. It was a wedding gift from an uncle to my parents. It has no visible stamps or marks.
