Meiji period Inryo

Description Hi guys It's my best friend's 30th coming up and I wanted to get him something special. However, I'm a bit short on coin at the moment (who isn't, right?) and I thought maybe a nice floral theme netsuke or inryo to go with the furniture on his sword. I came across this one. It looks perfect, but I'm not sure about the authenticity, given the price, the somewhat vague details given by the seller, and the fact that it looks to be in suspiciously good condition (especially the cord). Can anyone help?
